As it is with many clients, this business owner is busy shuffling dirt and equipment all over central California and has little time for Joomla / content.
Hopefully this will change in the near future. Though the site "looks" good. Content remains King when it comes to SEO.

Regarding content, some businesses only need a brochure site. In those cases, SEO is not as important as SEM where a few additional good landing pages will do the trick well. - Best wishes,

Yes I agree about the SEO and SEM. I'm encouraging many of my clients to do just that. They tend to come in wanting all this stuff... not understanding how much time it takes to develop and maintain.
