Interesting site. I can only read / speak english
You have been very consistent with the colour use from your logo for headings and sub-headings, however for me, it's just too many colours. Almost cluttered.
My usual gripe with joomla sites: change the favicon, makes the world of difference.
Other than that, looks like your dedicated to the content, and there is no shortage of stuff to look at. Front page is fresh each time and module positions are well selected.
Overall sweet site, but I'm a three colours man.
(go change your favicon, do it, do it now )
