Good use of template.
The only thing I would do differently is take a closeer look at your message and how to communicate it better at first glance.
It took me a few minutes to get the just of what the site was all about. What the message was?
To do this... may I suggest using some oversize fonts to bring the message forward. You can do this in titles... great for search purposes and message communication.
You could also layer some nice titles over the top of your images ... captions like "Dreaming for a better World" come to mind.
