I noticed your 'Contact Us' page does not have a form. I have used Chronoforms, a free extension (
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contact...-feedback/forms/1508
) but there are plenty of others.
Besides that, I personally think it's a best practice to NOT use "under construction" pages, but I'm sure there are plenty who would disagree. I usually do not publish a menu item or page until it is ready, or at least put up a partial page with "more details coming soon..." or some other message.

I agree with you on the "Under Construction" page, however, the head of school wanted it.
Thank you for pointing out the contact form. I don't know why it had been turned off, but I have re-enabled it. Thanks again.
