Any specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on, if any: Speed! This seems a small, pretty basic site, is it just me or does he site feel slow? I have RokBooster installed and running, any ideas on what else I can do to help speed things up?

- As you can see from this screenshot, the problem with your site is waiting time for that other web site you are contacting somehow during page load

Thanks Igor, yes the domain is forwarded. The domain is with yahoo and site is hosted on godaddy.
It seems either way, using the forwarding domain www.maximumsoundaz.com or going straight to host max.mediaoutloud.net ... that the site is slow. And, as your screenshot showed, there aren't a lot of kbs involved.
any other help would be great

All I can say that having GoDaddy as your hosting provider is not too good idea if you ask me. They are notorious for their bad configured server, overselling of server resources and we see lots of issues all the time with GoDaddy hosted web sites
