"GIRL-FU.com is a fitness website focused around the martial arts, self defense and girls kicking butt! We’re putting the POW back in girl power.
Our videos focus on practical self defense, martial arts techniques and workouts. We take a more lighthearted approach, keeping our segments casual as well as short and sweet.
Despite the name and the focus on girl power, we hope that people of all different genders can enjoy and learn from our videos. Besides, “girl power” just means having inner strength, confidence and pride in yourself."
I used the Ionosphere theme to create this website. I did some minor CSS edits to get the colors exactly how I wanted and definitely took advantage of the gantry frame work. I'm hardly a word press or coding pro, and still found this theme pretty easy to customize. It's a pretty powerful framework and I'm fairly certain it'll be years from now and I'll STILL be discovering new cool things I can do.

Not bad, i would increase the main font-size though to increase the readability.
Also, i'm not so sure about the domain name - FU usually means something completely different...
