I used Chapelco template for two different sites. They have different goals and audiences. I always like looking a member ideas, so thought I'd share these. Nothing eleborate, just good info (I hope!).

-uses only basic features of the template, designed to be friendly and easy to navigate. This is a new site, and this site will grow with time. For SEO and education, he will add blog entries and a 'resources' section. Colors selected by business owner.

-uses rocksprocket lists, tabs, and mosaic. Goals were professional look, easy to navigate, clear explanation on how to buy, provide info needed by decision makers, provide clear information about quality of their hand dryers.
I love having one extension (roksprocket) to provide various displays - makes it much easier when trying to keep all the extensions up to date.

Nice job, Vicky. You may want to experiment a little with making stylesheet changes to make sites more unique.
You may also want to add a cart to the Pinnacle Dryer site instead of just telling people to contact the owner through email. If a cart is not doable, then using a form extension could work to provide the potential customer to at least have some type of site interaction.
