Nice, although I would follow the same patter with the three images that you have on the "Daycare" page, for example, and do the same for all the pages under the Services main menu. I would also use images that have the same height and width. The same goes for the photos under the Photos main menu.
I would also prefer to see videos on the same site and I would hate to be redirected to the YouTube. There are extensions on JED, which would allow you to embed a YouTube channel directly on the website
Last, I would create a box on the Home page where you have the logo to be exactly the height of the big image on the right, place in it the logo and remove the image that you have under the logo now, but that is just my opinion - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
