    • I think you should check the Terms and Conditions
      here: http://www.rockettheme.com/Terms_amp_Conditions/

You have exceeded the number of sites you are allowed to use RT templates on. I would recommend you upgrading to a PRO MEMBERSHIP if you are going to continue to design sites using RT templates.

    • But are they all commercial? If not, then isn't it okay?

I built this great site in honor of my awesome dog Fido. I don't sell anything on it and it isn't commercial in any way; does it count as one of my uses?

      YES

I built a site for the local Make-A-Wish foundation which is registered non-profit organization; does that count as one of my uses?

      NO

    • Manny,

Back to your original question, the sites you made look great. Nice work!

      But it says:
non-profit sites are not counted towards concurrent template usages
in the t&cs, am I misinterpreting that?

Your question, as I read it, asked if Non-Commercial uses counted, and the answer to that question is yes.

A non-Commercial template can mean a lot of things, a clan gaming site, a social network site, or even a site that highlites the benefits of the Aloe Vera plant. What I am getting at is that non-commercial and non-profit are two different things.
A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes. NPOs are active in a wide range of areas, including the environment, humanitarian aid, animal protection, education, the arts, social issues, charities, early childhood education, health care, politics, religion, research, sports or other endeavors.
