      Additional Extensions: Community Builder, Fireboard, JCal Pro, etc. (too many to name!)

      Custom Development: podcast/media player in window separate from CMS

      Other Features: radio. video. community profile directory, etc.

      Any specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on, if any:
      IE for windows compatibility, suggestions for intuitive use and navigation, additional features for such a community, advice for building community membership numbers.

    • Its really nice, especially the intro page, though won't that effect SEO?
      Seems fine on Windows Vista IE7

    • SEO will work perfectly if you create in the root folder a sitemap containing both your launch page AND your Joomla! site folder.

      Thanks for the advice. When you say create a site map, is there an automated process for doing this or would i manually create an html document in the root that includes links for my splash page, my Joomla site folder and all of the pages within?

    • You can easily create it manually, including the links for your splash page and your Joomla site folder. For all the Joomla contents use another sitemap, generated dinamically by an extension like JooMap. Then index both URLs (splash page and Joomla site) at the search engines.
