    • Here goes my first joomla/RT project.

      Website URL
      » http://www.inleiria.com/

      Additional Extensions
      » mod_contentitem; com_perForms; com_joomfish; com_letterman;

      Custom Development
      » flash panoramics with hotspots;
      » flash sundtrack streaming and play bar, with spot resume;
      » perForms subscribe form skin;
      » a few occasional joomla and template hacking. Small stuff;

      Other Features
      » frameset to allow the soundtrack to stream and play without page reload;

      Any specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on, if any
      » The overall transformation of the BentoBox template;
      » The usability of the panoramic movies, hotspots, and magnifying glass;

      Additional Comments
      » The website is stiil too young to have deep contents, but i guess this is just the beginning.
      » The newsletter subscription is going very well, for a small and regional project.
      » I really enjoy using the litebox mambot. Like it more than rokzoom. I guess is the way the background shifts size to receive a new picture.
      » Translation is not complete yet, but almost.

    • The only thing I saw was that it was hard for me to see the language selections on the front page and then some of the other text because the colors were so close to the black..

      Cool site!!

    • Tony,

      I'll lighten up the language selection and will verify the remaining text.

    • looks really really nice. I really like how you did the layout. The only feedback I have is: I couldn't figure out how to turn the music off. All Around.. Great Job!!

      Funny you should mention that.. I couldn't turn it off on the first page and had a little bit of a hard time on the internal pages but thought it was just me..

      To my mind you should delete the music.
      When I enter a site with music I automatically close it like many I guess.
      Else ... your flash is not working on my Firefox on Mac (I see it totally black like if it was not here) but it works in Safari.

    • First of all, thank you all for your feedback.

      I received several issues relating the soundtrack.

      Regarding Nick Norris statement

      Your issue is related to a former comment from Tony DeLorenzo, regarding some text coloring.
      The website's footer includes two text links (audio ON and audio OFF), that could be almost stealth.
      Due to your comments i increased the font-size and lighten those texts color.

      The audio cannot be turned off in the splash page, only in the inner pages, from the link located at the footer.
      But i'll include the audio OFF link in the splash page.

      Regarding Youyou statement

      I know forcing soundtracks is bad netiquete to some.
      This website is from a small but high profile fashion store where a groovy beat is a must.
      The soundtrack is a customer request and requirement.
      I think including a visible audioOFF link would be enough.

      Regarding the Firefox issues, i thank you for the alert.
      They work in my FireFox on Windows Xp professional.
      What do you think may cause that malfunction?

      Why not no sound at all and a button ON ;D

      I have absolutely no idea and perhaps it needs to be confirmed by other macusers (because it is perhaps my firefox).
      Perhaps Andy or another old macusers will be better for finding the cause of this malfunction.
