If you're going to have the map marker embedded in the image I'd suggest hiding the font-awesome generated marker (home page) -

- Looks great. Two suggestions: (1) increase your menu submenu width to avoid the wrapping and (2) if you aren't using the sideloader, turn it off in Gantry.
