Tweaked the top of the template to add search, font resizer and a definite border to the template

Additional Comments:
I could not get PagePeel banner to work correctly so opted for a static right hand side peel graphic instead.
Really had problems with any slideshow to work on the site then FrontPage Slideshow worked as I amended some settings. Now I see some browser errors. I know there is a newer VIII template but worried to load it due to customization of existing design. Also a new front page slide show version released few days ago which might help solve the browser error messages. Just dont know
Would like to equally divide the bottom area that starts ' Newslflash/Were honored/RSS' so that the site looks more 'balanced' but dont know how to do that

- I had problems using the login. It can't be closed easily because the main menu links conflict with it on the mouse rollover. Not sure what the fix would be. Sorry. Other than that it looks nice.
