Just completed this site. It has been designed as a social networking site for parents and parents to be. The goal is to get people sharing information on raising kids based on their experiences. I have used a number of extensions along with a modified rockettheme template.

On your home page, the 'community login' fields seem to bleed into the avatar graphic...would put some padding in there?
There are js errors on the home page, at least when viewed with IE7.
Right under your tag cloud, there is a placeholder for an image that doesn't load linked to social-bookmark script.
On the home page, the 'recent recalls' read more graphic is not aligned with the other two.
