Hello,
It's not a new site and I've created a topic about it few months ago.
However, a lot of modifications have been applied and a lot of content added too. So I decided to add FMO to the RT Community Showcase (just for the fun
)
FMO offer at this time more than 450 full length movies, series and cartoons but I add several video each week.
I'm using VIII with few modifications (header, css and some positions added to the template).
A lot of extensions are in use. Some of them are CB, Groupjive, FPSS, Ad agency, several for SEO, custom modules and I modified some lines of code for better SEO. Maybe some minor changes will be applied (I'm thinking about it).

Which version of Joomla are you using? I'm having trouble finding a way to play videos the way you are doing on your site within version 1.5.

I'm using 1.0.15 and only convert my website when a secure way to do it will exist and all component/modules be converted to 1.5 version.
Have you troubles to play Youtube videos for example? And your problem only append with 1.5 and not 1.0.15?

I'm a complete Joomla newbie as I just started using it last week!
But what I've found is that most of the add-ons only apply to the 1.0.15 version. So perhaps there are some solutions I can use for the newer version but I've not had much luck finding them.
I'm now considering just going back to 1.0.15 since I'm only going to use Joomla as a front-end interface and am not as concerned about security and other potential holes. My users will instead be logging into a forum sitting behind Joomla. Not integrated but will do what I need it to.

Both versions 1.0.15 and 1.5.1 are secure until now
There are many plugins to embed videos on Joomla. Search for the best extension for you here ; some of them are for 1.5 or you can eventually use the legacy mode.
The player I use is commercial and I asked some custom developments.
Also, FMO run fine now with Safari
I just corrected a bug due to a bad module...

Are you using this bridge? What do you think about?
I don't want to convert vb into fireboard because vb have a lot of modules available; however, it's the first time I use vb and I really have a lot of things to discover and learn.

I've opted for it 'cause it's the only one working with CB and it doesn't apply changes to joomla or vbulletin's core files and you don't have to have Joomla and vbulletin installed in the same database, which is an option I like. Unfortunately they don't release updated versions so oftenly and if you'd like to have some features you have to pay for them. For example I've asked in their support forum to be able to totally disable vbulletin's profiles to use CB's ones and have a CB plugin to display latest forum's threads but they replied it would need about 8 hours of works. However they're going to release an updated version which will synch CB's avatars to vbulletin's ones.
Are you using this bridge? What do you think about?

- Thanks sunsetdriver for your testimonial. Hope elearningforce will do the job quickly! I saw your have GroupJive in your website; are you using fireboard for private forums? I'm thinking to install Fireboard only for GroupJive users (GJ without FB is incomplete in my opinion).
