I'm waiting on a bit more content from the client in some areas, but wanted to share a rental property site I created with the Versatility III template. They're very pleased with how it's turned out and I appreciate everyone's work in putting the template together.

- Very clean and solid site. I would just add that someone who may stumble onto your site from a search engine has to look for a bit to figure out what university you are talking about. I would suggest putting some text on the front page about the area you are serving.

- I really like it. I think the read more links are a little distracting, but that's just me. Very clean and straight forward.
