Yeah I figured..
Its due to all of the words floating by behind the buildings which greatly grew the overall flash file.
Maybe I should reconsider doing it a little differently...

well it does look v good .. but maybe a lil smaller would help cuz I would have switched off and clicked away by the time it loaded, but thats just me .. im inpatient

- Ok, I hate to utter the same things that other people sometime say, but you definitely need to find a way to make the load time faster. Maybe switch to a VPS
