Any specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on, if any: logo design, and general feel of website. does it inspire confidence and have the feel of professionalism?

Im not a total n00b at this but im still pretty new to the customisation of RT sites so any feedback and tips would be appreciated cuz we only learn from people better than ourselves
