Any specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on, if any: General feedback, suggestions, criticism and error reports are all welcome and greatly appreciated.
Additional Comments: This is my first Joomla website (so go easy!). Thanks to RocketTheme for the high quality Populus template which this site is based off. It is a closed community golf tournament website, intended as a definitive resource for our annual golfing tournament. It's been a few months in development. Thanks for looking, and any feedback is appreciated!

Thanks for the feedback. Not sure why that is happening for you. I've tested in IE and FF and never seen that before. Normally it only happens if there's not enough room on the top menu for all the menu items, and so it wraps the last item to the next line. But there should be plenty...

What browser and resolution are you running? If you've any idea's why it may be happening with your particular setup then please let me know as I would be keen to fix it so it looks as it's intended to look for all users.

Ahh, I've just tried browsing the site from my iPhone, and you're right, it's messed up. Strange, as it works fine in standard Safari on a Mac. I think it may be a font problem - some systems not supporting the main menu font and as such defaulting to another, wider font. That's all I can think of right now....
Anyway, I've shortened the name of one of the menu items, so I'm hoping that issue is now fixed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. - Last Edit: 17 years 3 weeks ago by Tim Houghton.

Hi Tim,
It looks awesome- I have some questions for you:
1.) On the menu system, how do ensure that "statistics" is not clickable? I always have the problems and want to have a static header when I have more submenus.
2.) How did you replace the Rockettheme graphic in the corner with yours?

This was achieved simply by creating the 'Statistics' menu item as type 'Seperator / Placeholder'.

Just by editing the source Populus PNG file in Fireworks. RocketTheme have a tutorial on how to edit the Populus template graphics here: tutorials.rockettheme.com/joomla-templat...ls/logo-editing.html
