Thanks mate for the feedback. I agree its a bit heavy when loading and does take some time. If I disabled some scripts that I don't use with the template would that help at all?
I don't know how to speed it up and I should disable
EDIT: Firebug is a great tool! I changed from the moomenu to suckerfish and loads alot quicker. Take the good with the bad I guess

Thanks - the template is Hyperion after I changed it recently. Still got some issues with the template but they are being sorted out soon
