Notable Extensions:
FrontpageSlideshow 1.7.2 (upgrading to 2.0 when released in September)
Fireboard 1.0.4 Default-EX template(modified)
Jom Comment Pro
Jcal Pro build 318 (which changes everyday it seems)
YOOlogin
RSgallery2 (about to switch to YOOgallery - RS is too plain)
Expose 4 (I use this for event photos so I can watermark them and they cannot be right/cmd clicked and saved)
Always looking for some feedback and advice.
I do notice one problem when I test my site in IE (obviously) Frontpage Slideshow seems to be pushing my showcase module down, and I can't find the fix...if you know, fill me in!

...a really clean implementation of Synapse, sir. Perhaps too clean on the bottom menu (i.e., About Us | Advertise | Etc). When you onMouseover, they turn pure white and disappear, given the white background. Is this by design? Perhaps a light gray or something where the words are still displayed?
When using IE, I see a 'syntax' error when I view the home page; I tried it in Firefox, assuming it would be give more details than Internet Destroyer, but it didn't show any errors in FF...strange.
Why the star in the logo? For a fitness site, I expected to see some dumbells or a powerbar or something fitness related. I suck with logos and graphics, so perhaps I lack the artistic creativity to understand the star, so disregard.
Greetings from Fredericksburg!
Nice to see someone who got Fireboard working decently...tried and tried in the past and gave up it...like the template you are using...very nice.

Yea i get that synatax error too in IE. It has to be with frontpage slideshow.
As for the star...I am from Roanoke, Virginia (hence FITnoke, derived from that name) and my site services that area and the southwestern side of the state. The star in the logo is actually the Roanoke Star (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mill_Mountain_Star
), which is the reason Roanoke is the "Star City."
As for the bottom menu, that was by design, may change it though.
And I absolutely love Fireboard...I have not once had a problem. To knock on wood, I have not had a problem with any extension so far on any part of the site...guess it's the luck of the draw.

Why thank you...photoshop and I spent a whole day together piecing different things together and we landed on that one...I'm happy with it. Once more capital comes into the site I will hire an actually designer to get more of a web 2.0 logo...

Great website! I am also working with Synapse & would like to do as you did and have more header space at top. What did you do to remove that & what dimensions did you use for your logo? Thanks!
