Very nice, John. A pro job! Love the site!
If the 'Need Help' tab is to be blank, except for the sub-catagories below it, you might try just putting a 'Placeholder' as a menu button with a 'Need Help' title instead of what you have now. People are directed to an empty page if they click on 'Need Help' - unless that will be filled in later.

One thing in Firefox Mac and Safari, in narrow width, there is not enough room for the last tab EMPLOYERS SUBMIT LISTINGS...
