Yes, this happens also in IE6, the modules in user 2 position are moving down to under the user 1 position modules, if you scroll down you will see them further down the page. When I solve the problem I'll let you know.
That explains. maxthon 2 is an awsome browser for day to day work, but its sometimes recognized as IE6 by some aplications, posibly shares the same engine. I guess nothing can be done, it will be a problem that phases out by itself as older browser engines are updated.

Don't tell me that was a personal website. Looks like one of your clients
You've done many changes that the original demo version of V4 is nowhere near what it ought to look on your site. Geez! would be interesting to know what changes you've done there.
Alex,
After much playing around, the only solution I could come up with on this issue is not to use user1 and user2 module positions as they do not hold in IE6. I have instead used the banner positions and that solves the problem even though it does limit layout flexibility.
still looks great tho. As far as I see on my own work, were I know whats behind the curtain, things never look the same anyway one diferent browsers. do u remember the days when HTML had codes specifically for IE and for Netscape? I think the industry still doesnt have a clear standard.
I wouldnt over-worry, its the template desing, the images, and the looks that are perfect. you wont be able to cater always for all techs, and I can see that new RT even warn about it.
I can't let this go without some positive feedback.
Stunning website. Loved the logo and how it displays in the header. Logo looks great on favicon as well. Very clean - maybe you could share how you managed that?
Superb job on the menu - first thing that caught my eye, and of course I wondered how you did it and you explained. Good of you to share.
I checked your site in Chrome, IE8 and of course FF3.0.13 and everything looks superb. Very quick loading in all browsers.
Not sure when you had a look at the site, but I changed the template to Nexus this week so you might have seen that instead of the V4 template.
As far as the favicon goes, I made it in Photoshop from a vector illustration. There is a free plugin for Photoshop that enables exporting a graphic to ICO format.
