Nice site, straightforward and simple to navigate.
The switchers don't work because of OpenSEF. (I assume you use OpenSEF). I had that problem too and it's because OpenSEF auto-maps the switch URLs to the page you're on at the time so you actually get the page that is mapped by the first URL which isn't the one that's got the switch parameters. In any case, what I ended up doing was that I deleted all the URL mappings that contained any of the switch parameters and turned off URL Auto Mapping in the config. This way the switches work OK. Of course this is not a good solution if you create lots of new content for the site and want the URLs to be auto mapped into SEF URLs. Not sure if there's another workaround for this issue...
