Critique my site please!

Hi, I was wondering if you guys could do me a favor and critique my site. Tell me what your opinions are or if it needs work. It's a Photoshop tutorial site so I just started to write tutorials for it. The site seems a little empty to me but I don't know for sure, any advice? Thanks in advance!

- I think it looks good. The logo seems to have too much reflection, for me it was distracting

I think the ads by Google would be better served swapped with the location of your Main Menu, Login Form, etc (I would also suggestion changing the Show Description to "No" for your "Right Ads" module, it is distracting). Also, I think having the Random Tutorials at the bottom of the content would be better. Since they are "extra" and not the focus of the current content, they are distracting when taking up the top left spot on the page.
