    Guitar Site using Versatility

Posted 18 years 5 months ago
    • Hi folks...

Here's a very modestly modded Versatility site for GXPN (GuitarXPO Players Network)... we're still working on getting more solid color blocks into it as it is very "white"... but my bigger concern at the moment is load time... comments on that or anything else appreciated...

      Happy days and nights...

    • Nice, liking the colour scheme.

Loads very fast here in the UK, didn't seem like an issue to me.

What are you using for the slide-down menus?

    • I am so impressed by your site that I nominated it for the Site of the month (last day !).

Loads fast here in Switzerland, no problem with it.

Thanks very much... this is YouYou's mod template of Versatility (which I chose for the TransMenu) ... I wish I could find the post but I know it's here somewhere with the link and I think you can download it. The MooFX can be used on either the right or left side or both. Only downside is that the MooFX rolls up everything you put in the LEFT position or RIGHT if you use it... Otherwise works well.

Thank you, Yves... didn't expect that but much appreciated nonetheless.

    • Unfortunately we had to disable the mooFX in the left column because...

      1) Users don't see readily what's available and,
      2) Constant issues with other mooFX although I'm certain there must be a workaround for that...

So we had to redesign the left and right columns and add a center splash to beef it up... Response is much more dramatic as a result...

      Happy New Year!!
