I already have GZIP and caching on.
anyway any comments, suggestions, bugs found etc. would be greatly appreciated, as you know with us gaming clans having the coolest website is our own little contest.

You have a lot of add-ons there one of those could be slowing your site down. I know for example that lightbox slows sites down a great deal.
