Here's my site. It's been up for about a year and a half if you include the domain name change. Nothing particularly exciting or unique about it, but I finally feel good about where it is. It's also integrated with SMF. Still needs some minor updating, but it's pretty much where I'm happy. Critiques welcome, but not necessary.
(One of the known problems is that the "Random Game" module doesn't show right in IE. Works fine in Firefox)

It's DCS_Flashgames and it's by ekith.com as a commercial license. One of the modules I wrote myself and another I modified to add some functionality. The other modules were distributed by the developer.
I have one more module to re-write (the author's modules are encrypted and I'm using it as a way to learn PHP) and then I'm going to try taking on a bigger module fish, so to speak.

- I'm assuming you mean the component? I haven't had any problems with it once ioncube was loaded. It's pretty quick (the slow part is some of the flash files). The only time it goes slow is when the whole site is slow. I'm a fan.
