Ok, I am going to throw myself to the lions here and offer up my creation...
I am a total Joomla newbie, with zero programing/ code experience or understanding, and this is the first website I have built. 6 months ago I was barely able to check my email or post a pic in a forum and then I found Rockettheme! :cheesy:
Although I scrubbed the site and started over a few times with my "comedy of errors",( such as deleting the entire public_html folder :shock: ) I found the info I needed in the forums to keep the project going! (Thanks!) For me, moving the site and getting it into the correct folders was far more difficult, as I am still REAL foggy on the basics. I do believe the next site will go much faster and easier, and will definitely be using the Rocketthemes again.
I chose the Mynxx template because I liked the look and figured on having an online store, which I ended up dropping because when I moved it from the test site, I lost a few things and just didn't really need the store anyway. Overall the site is pretty basic, and could definitely make a lot better use of module positions, and throw in some nice graphics, but I am extremely happy with the results so far! I could not have done this without the Rocketlauncher and the included modules, and the great network of support throughout the Rockettheme/ Joomla universe.
Feel free to check it out and give suggestions/ ideas for improvement, just keep in mind that I an still a newbie. Thank you Rocket Theme Team, you ROCK!
