Could you explain this to me. I don't quite get the reason for it.
I already have meta keywords and descriptions on my site using the SEOGenerator plugin.

Google 'make a favicon' and check out the generator, there are plenty to choose from...

Check your source code, this line is still the default:
<meta name="generator" content="Joomla! 1.5 - Open Source Content Management" /> - Thanks,

How about this to make it say nothing.

- Another way is to go into the Global Configuration and under Site turn off the "Show Author Meta Tag."
