This is a site for a mountain bike retailer called Woodstock Bikes (
www.woodstockbikes.com
).
This is my first site using a RocketTheme template and let me say it was a pleasure to start work with such a great base template as Pixel Perfect. Fortunately it came with a color scheme that was already just what my client wanted so it made life SOOO much easier.
As much as I hated to do it I DID remove the resize and recolor features because of design control. I am planning on adding back in the font resize as soon as I figure out where to put the icons. Any suggestions would be welcome.
The major customization was obviously making the handlebars coming out of the menu area which was accomplished by making the top grey border part of the header image and then floating the bottom part of the image to the right of the menu.
Your feedback is welcome. Any suggestions such as "what if you were to..." are also welcome.

Some of you may be experiencing a time-out on the site. As bad luck would have it, the server is acting up on the day I post this to the forum. The client had a previous host that I am encouraging him to move away from, now I may have real proof to support my claims.
This is not a slashdot effect... it was acting up before I posted to the forum.

Funny you should mention that. My main task in the next few days is to release to the public the VirtueMart shopping cart integrated with Website Payment Pro. Its almost ready to go.

- Very nicely done. I like the way you used the top space for th clean logo w/ the handle bars bringing it down to the main site. What widget are you using for the newsletters?

Thanks for the kind words. I am using mosListMessenger from Blue Flame. I know there are other newsletter managers that are free (and others say they are good) but this one just seems to do the job easiest for me, and I've tried a few.
