It uses the Mobius template and the iJoomla component. With no knowledge of Joomla, I started this project in early October and just completed adding all of the content for the debut issue.

http://www.mosets.com/tree/
Components and modules. Moset Tree comes with several modules and some of them are displayed within the site and some aren't not...Admins choice
All modules and bots can be activated if one desire to do so. I'm also using other modules that are not Mosets and they can be found at Joomla.org component area. The software that Joomla uses for a directory are a modified version of Mosets.
