    Need some feedback and advice

    • Hi all,

      I've got complaints that my site is not looking good and they don't like the colors on my current design, so, I gave it a shot to give it a face lift myself though I'm not a designer.

      I have this morning working on a new design for my site on the test server.
      But before I go live with this design I want some feedback.

      Please take a look at it, http://www.queermagazine.se/joomla/
      and let me know what you think of it. My idea is now to keep it simple.

      And all feedback is greatly appreciated, be as critical as possible without being insulting.
      I need it to be constructive so I can improve the site

    • Here are some of my suggestions :) :

      1) The header banner is unable to accommodate with the available space which is making search module push downwards. It can be made right

      2) Frontpage slideshow can made wider to have it set right with the available space

      3) Index page can be made shorter so the user doesnt scroll down much

      Do you have a better choice where I can add the header banner?
      2) Frontpage slideshow can made wider to have it set right with the available space

      I have set the width to 650 now
      3) Index page can be made shorter so the user doesnt scroll down much

      Any suggestions on what I can delete to get the page shorter?
