Zanzibar On the Waterfront Site

    • I would love to do that but the owner wants the music to play when the user visit the site. Sometimes they have audio announcements like how they have now. I also wish there was a music player that would play continually throughout the site but unfortunately there isn't cause every time you go to another page the player would reload. If you have an idea on battling this issue please share. Thanks again for site compliment!

    • Just a thought and I don't know if it is even available ...

When a visitor comes to the site, a new small window opens that contains the music player (something like a pop-up or pop-under). Then when you travel throughout the site the music is not affected. Although, one thing that might effect this is if the visitor's browser is set to not allow pop-ups, but other than that it might be a doable solution.
    • Best wishes,

    • Good suggestion and I have thought about that, lol. That was my first idea but like you said, there is a chance the pop up blocker would be on. I really tried my best from using frames. But this looked like the only solution.

    • I like the music right off the bat! It works well with the site theme and concept. It's a running commercial and makes a lot of sense for the site visitor! Very cool, Great job!!! Creative & original.

How did you manage to NOT have a "default" menu item that points back to the root directory? I'm trying to figure out how to do what you've done — install joomla in the root directory with the splash page (frameset) without having navigation issues like the "default" menu item pointing to the splash page frameset instead of the joomla homepage. Just trying to know how you made the navigation work.

      Thanks in advance.
