Looks great to me. Nice and clean and not much clutter. Doesn't look like a Joomla site (and that's a good thing).
The only suggestion I have is those large bullets on the bottom right (in the green box) aren't clickable. I clicked there first, and then went to the text. I imagine most people will do that.
What template did you use? I don't recognize it at all.

Hmm....good point about the bullets, they are BG images so it's not actually possible to make them "clicky". Might look at swapping them out perhaps.
Template is purpose made for the client, and uses code to present two completely different layouts for frontpage/content pages. - Toolbox Digital | Dribbble | Forrst
