Think it looks absolutely great. Personally, I would push up all of the work boards etc. to closer to the top, and move down some of the marketing, so people can see this is a functional, working site 'above the fold'.
Overall though, very clean and nicely designed - it is very clear how it works and what you need to do....
No offense to 99Freelance but you are very good at extracting relevant info from a jumbled presentation. I would have clicked away in a heartbeat if I were interested buying or selling services, truth be told. Doesn't hold a candle to sites such as eLance etc. Need to offer more or have some kind of unique value.
One thing, which could well be an unfortunate coincidence, is the name. It's far too close to 99design.com. If gives the impression that 99freelance.com is stealing brand equity. And, as a graphic designer myself, there is a very negative association with 99design. Many graphic designers adopt the no-spec ethic and even though 99freelance may not be outsourcing there's a strong association none the less. Just look at the odds so far... two responses from what I imagine includes your target market, folks who may be members of this site, and one is negative, by merely your choice of name. I'd advise changing it. And it's not like you have much invested in a logo. The type styling, which I can only characterize as frivolous, offers me the impression of frivolity. I look for frivolity in toys and such, but not business.
Rant over.
