Hello, this test site location was developed using versatility II with a lot of tweaks... still not complete.. but getting close...

It's a very nice site. Clean layout, good colors, easy to read and overall very polished looking.
I have a few small suggestions, though:
1. Since the screen width and font resize icons don't do anything (presumably intentional), I would remove them altogether - it is frustrating to click one, wait for a while, and realize that nothing has happened.
2. I really like the main menu. . . until I hover over it and look at the drop downs. Somehow, to me, they look a little unfinished compared to the rest of the site.
3. The dot pattern used as a background element works at the top of the site, but the smaller green text at the bottom of the site is hard to read against it.

- Nice looking site but I noticed that when you select the fluid mode it stretches your site way too wide for both FF and IE7. The story heading fonts look fine in FF but are way too big in IE7. You are right though...you are almost there. - RK -

I have got to say - that site looks immense.
Here are some suggestions:-- Try and make Quick Byte and Hot Topics have the same height as it looks odd
- Im not too sure on the content titles - seem too block like to me
- Try to make search a little smaller - buts thats just my hatred of the search box
