No Longer able to assign other site templates to menu items

After installing mission control theme, i've no longer been able to assign other site templates to menu items as I have in the past.
I have special menu for forms that are basically stripped down blank pages that I iframe into other sites. I have a different site template I assign to those menu items and this has always worked in the past. After installing mission control The menu items were reverted back to the main site template.
I've tried:
- Putting admin theme back to default joomla theme
- Deleting mission control theme completely
- Deleting and reinstalling the secondary theme I was using (blank theme)
Nothing seems to make a difference. I've installed Mission control on two sites and this is the case with both sites. - dealer websites

Andy,
it's not fixed with the new version. wwwpcautomall.com/landing should be a blank tempate, with just the form. It's assigned on a different template which is a blank theme. It's still got the main theme displaying though
.
It's a problem I've had on the two site I put the mission control theme on. - dealer websites
