MC 1.5.0 Problems with Parameters

Using a local installation (XAMPP), i can not edit the MC template parameters, while the template is active/default. I have to choose Khepri first, then i can edit the parameters (except Update and Logo).
Under an online installation, i can access the parameters, but can not "force Update" or change the logo. see attachment

- Looks like you have permissions issues if neither the logo uploading or the force update process works. Make sure your permissions tab (Help -> System Info -> Directory Permissions) shows all green "Writeable" in the status column.

All shows green "writeable" in the status column ... (in both versions - online and local installation).. it must be something different ....

- Are you running in FTP mode? There is a known issue with FTP mode and MissionControl at the moment. Also I was not able to replicate your bug, but found another one while looking into it. Seems we have not fixed the md5 issue that we thought we had! arggg.. should have another build in a day or so.
