    Call to undefined method JToolBar::setToolBar()

    • Hello! Thanks for the GPL template guys!

The template (v. 1.6.1) was installed on pretty clean (fresh install) Joomla! 1.6.3 .

      No errors during the installation:

      Mission Control installation was successful
MissionControl System Plugin installation was successful
      RokTracking Plugin installation was successful
      RokQuickLinks Module installation was successful
      RokUserStats Module installation was successful
      RokUserChart Module installation was successful
      RokAdminAudit Module installation was successful

After installation I enabled the MissionControl template in template manager.

Than, no matter what page I am trying to access in admin. section the following error appear (on the clean page):
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JToolBar::setToolBar() in /home/MYSITE/administrator/templates/rt_missioncontrol_j16/lib/rtcore.class.php on line 330

      What am I doing wrong?

      Thank you!

    • Lufa, i'm pretty much the only one who's working on MC and i'm currently on vacation so the responses are going to be slow and infrequent till i return.

Regarding this issue, what joomla extensions/plugins do you have installed? the JToolbar error will arise if teh missioncontrol plugin is not enabled and perhaps it could be conflicting with some 3rd party extension or plugin.

    • I just uninstalled and reinstalled MC — and now there is no problems. :(

      Sorry again.

    • Was getting the same issue. Every time I selected Mission Control as the Admin template, boom, the administration control panel would go blank. Only way I could restore was to edit the template styles table in the db.

Cleared my Cache, Set MissionControl to default and Vio La.

Problem solved. Try this. It might just work. 8)

    • Andy, i get this same message.

I want to uninstall Mission Control. I disabled the plug-in, and then receive the error, instead of being redirected to the joomla admin panel. Now I can no longer access the administrator panel... it just goes blank.
I have lots of work to do on this site.. help please. I hesitate to just delete the table from the database. What is the quickest way to fix the error, and get back to work.
