Cache-clean during content editing

The MC Rocks!
I like the Quick-Cache-Clean option very much.
But when you editing the article this option is disabled (the very top menu is inactive).
I would like to save (apply changes) the article and than clean the cache to see the changes on frontent.
At the moment I have to save and close the article first or use another admin-page to clean the cache.
