There is an easy fix to this: use a RocketTheme template, and not a YooTheme one :)

Even better, uninstall MC until you can support it 100% :)

I'll throw this back at you Alex....

As this is GPL project, some help is always appreciated. It's not like we make any money off stuff like this, it's all built in spare time, when not working on other things. I'm the primary maintainer of this, and trust me, I have a lot of other responsibilities on my plate.

If you really wanted to get this to work, you could fire up firebug and spend a few minutes debugging and solving the issue. This is not rocket science, it's just html and css issues. I've done plenty of compatibility fixes in MC as you can clearly see in the overrides/ folder and you can use these as a reference on how to fix stuff.

I would think with the 63,000 people that have downloaded MissionControl, a few people could make the effort to try to solve some of these things, and post the fixes here, so they can be incorporated into MC for future releases.

    • Hi all

There has been a lot of discussion following Andy's comment on this post, and I suspect there was a wry grin on his face as he typed it..... it was a point that we had to expect and he was probably right in some respect

However I can confirm that the mod above that edits the following file in J1.7 applies in J1.5: (warp/systems/joomla.1.5/config/layouts/fields/profile.php) this resolves the issue on the J1.5 version and the profile options appears again in the Nano template profiles chooser. So it is a Yoo Warp issue not a Mission Control problem.

For additional reference the change doesn't affect the performance of the Nano template in Khepri admin template.

I'll extend my thanks to Andy and the Rockettheme team for the work to bring MC to us and hope that we continue to benefit from such support.

Also wish them a Happy New Year

      David

      Thanks for the reply Andy.

I know you are very busy with RT but im not going on about fixing the issue's i know its GPL but what is irritating when you ask me a question and i get no reply back.

Please don't say its been the Christmas period as you have made replies already to other threads.

I would rather you say the truth and then i go on my way to try and fix it.

I love the work RT produces and it has inspired me a lot.

      Hi Henning,

That fixes the missing text colour, but when using the Yootheme admin it removes all the CSS.

    • its not changing the text-color ... it fixes a problem with warp adding the </option> before the value ... that is already reported in the new yoo-support-system.

Not sure what you mean by this
when using the Yootheme admin it removes all the CSS
