    • Actually, I know exactly what I am doing as far as my MissionContorl translation is concerned. If you have anything constructive and helpful, you are more than welcome to post it here. If all you have is just pure rubbishing me and my work, then you know where to go 8) So, make up your mind and let us know.

I will be very happy if I am wrong about you and get myself and Joomla community a new team mate but since you have not translated a single string on Transifex since you joined our Russian team there more then a month ago (on 23 October, to be precise), I assume you (no disrespect intended) are just another one of those unprofessional and immature tire kickers, who can talk the talk but can not walk the walk.

    • For the life of me I can not switch my MissionControl template from English to Russian on J! 1.5.23. The template installs just fine and I can assign it as a default template but it wouldn't pick up Russian language.

The Joomla itself is localized. My user has Russian language assigned as a default language both for his front and back end. I place the ru-RU.tpl_rt_missioncontrol_j15.ini into the /administrator/language/ru-RU folder, just mirroring the location of its English source file but with no joy (to be on the safe side, I also put in the same folder it's copy named as ru-RU.tpl_rt_missioncontrol.ini).

      This issue doesn't occur under J! 1.7.3.

      What am I missing?

    • The J15 version does not support any translations. We only added it recently in the 2.0 version for J17.

    • Fair enough. Although it would be nice if MC would still support languages on J! 1.5.25 as it has not reached its EOL. But you be the boss.
