    [Solved?]Duplicate Styles and Template DB entries

    • Hello All,

      I'm getting duplicate styles and template entries in the database after upgrading to MC 2.4 (see 001 003)

      On this particular site I'm just running the MC admin template no RT template on the front end.

      Upgrade normally through the extension manager, no errors. But going to the Template Manager I now see duplicate entries for every style that rt_missioncontrol is the template for. Since I normally duplicate the default and name the duplicate "DomainNameHere - Default", I usually have at least 2 styles. With the upgrade I now have four.

      I was able to remove 2 of them rather easily since they weren't the default template but the last one you have to go in to MySQL and remove it.

      MySQL shows two entries in the #__extensions table (See 005). I just deleted the lower numbered ID. There weren't any duplicate entries in the #__template_styles table. I tried disabling one of the entries in the extensions table which removed the display of the duplicate style but not the display of the duplicate template (See 001). So I deleted it.
