MC is my favorite Joomla BackEnd Teamplate. now we have to upgrade J!Version 2.5 to 3.3.
Is there any schedule for lunch a release of MC in the RocketTheme team ?

No, I'm afraid not. We don't have a missions control for J3.x and I don't believe one is planned for the forseeable future. The DEV team are working hard on Gantry 5 right now and that may well mean that mission control is not required any longer anyway.
