I can see both edit and reply buttons so I suggest that you log off and log back in again. also clear your browser cache and restart your browser. If still no good after that please use the "contact rockettheme" at the bottom of this page and I'm sure support will be able to assist you.

So I got a response back from support. Turns out that only developer-level members can post replies on the Marketplace forum. It's written in the forum description - I just missed it. Ah well.
