Rocketlauncher installation not allowing admin login

- I have instaled, as I have dozens of times, with rocketlauncher. Today I downloaded fresh files for Krakern ant Etherial zI have tried to install both. the install goes fine, but when I attempt to login to administrator I cannot, I have checked and recheced user name and password, it is not that, just cannot login. Any ideas?

use a super simple password.... no special characters... might be some database encoding issues or something... after the install and you get logged in you should be able to change your password...
that's what I would try first... - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

are you getting a normal "password mismatch" Joomla error when you log in? Take a screenshot. How are you creating the database?

- It is actually no response. I enter the Username and password and the page flickers and does nothing. I created the databes in CPanel. I have been using Rockettheme for 8 years and never had an issue before.

Is this a new host/new server as compared with your previous installs? Are there any errors in Console?
Chrome: Settings > More Tools > Developer Tools > Console
Mozilla: Settings > Developer > Web Console
What version of PHP... and how much PHP Memory? Ask your host if there's any server level errors or overutlilization notices - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

No errors that I see. This is the same server I am running 100 other Joomala installs on and have had no issues. This is very frustrating.

- did a fresh install, new DB new download and now the login goes to a blank page. Could the update of cPanel have caused this?
