Hi Bojan,
make sure that you're using the latest version of Anacron (1.6), as it contains a menu related fix for php 7.1.
If you're on an older version, try uploading the latest ../templates/rt_anacron/html/mod_roknavmenu/themes/gantry-dropdown/layout.php file, which is the one that has the fix.
If that does not help, could you provide us with your link, super admin details as well as FTP details?

Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction! Sadly my Rockettheme subscription has recently ended and I am yet to build the website i wanted, so I cannot just download the new version of the Anacron template.
But I was able to find and modify the file layout.php (... templates\rt_anacron\html\mod_roknavmenu\themes\gantry-dropdown\layout.php) from :
$wrapper_css = '';
$ul_css = '';
$group_css = '';
To:
$wrapper_css = array();
$ul_css = array();
$group_css = array();
And now IT WORKS! The menu is shown without a problem!

- Many thanks to the Answer to this issue. I have been using Oculus since 2014. It suits our model flying club website brilliantly. However, our host changed the PHP to 7.1 from 7.0.32 and the public pages blanked out but Admin was fine. Suspicion was the menu after I had been through the laborious process of disabling items one by one. This post solved it. Many thanks for the post.
