J3.8.10 has only been out for about 24hrs and it's alway inadvisable to upgrade straightaway as there are often problems that come to light when Joomla release new versions. Presumably you took a backup before you did the update that you could regress to?
I did check your site and does seems to be working ok? I don't see that error message anywhere? Try clearing your browser and server cache.
