  • What MySQL admin tool ?

    • I've been using phpMyAdmin for the past 2 years, mainly because that was the tool provided by default by my web host.

      It works OK, but are there any other admin tools out there that do a better job ?

    • if you do stuff remotely and don't have ssh access then phpMyAdmin is probalby your best bet. if you can use ssh, i found Navicat to work great on the mac (they have linux and windows versions too). Costs some money but if you do a lot of db work like I do it's fab.
